    Bryanna Campbell is a Licensed Massage Therapist and lifelong movement enthusiast. From early on in her career, she noticed the importance of keeping bodies mobile. Her biggest passion is helping her clients achieve their health goals in practical and simple ways.

    Each session with Bryanna is holistically focused and in tune with the nervous system. She uses her knowledge of the fascial, musculoskeletal, and nervous system to devise thoughtful treatment plans for each client. Her specialties include, deep tissue/therapeutic massage, cupping, and stretching. In order to find the root of her clients aches and discomforts, she pays ample attention to pain and movement patterns.

    As an avid mover, when Bryanna isn’t massaging, she is teaching dance, snowboarding, kayaking, or enjoying the outdoors! Her lifestyle is a great example of health, rest, and play. She finds so much joy in living a movement filled life and wants her clients to have that too.

    Sarah discovered a love for Craniosacral Therapy two years ago and has never looked back. It has been monumental in her own self healing journey anywhere from down regulating the nervous system, relieving TMJ symptoms, strengthening the trust in her intuition, and even healing a lifelong phobia.

    She is trained in CS2 and Somatic Emotional release from the most prestigious institute - Upledger.As an internationally known Swing dance teacher, she often thinks that Craniosacral Therapy is just like dancing but now she interacts and follows each person's inner wisdom.
