  • Custom Therapeutic Massage

    Therapeutic massage helps with pain relief, stress relief, injury prevention, post injury care, releasing soft tissue, and increasing blood flow. Pressure can range from light to deep depending on the individuals needs. All of our staff is trained in fascia release, Swedish, and deep tissue. If you’re looking for pure relaxation, let us know - we do that too.

    Ashiatsu Therapy

    Ashiatsu is an intense form of deep tissue massage therapy. The therapist will push on tissue using their feet, creating the perfect recipe for maximum pressure.

    Ashiatsu is a modality best suited for individuals who are actively training or maintaining a high level of physical activity. Due to the depth and intensity of this technique, it is not recommended for clients who are not currently engaging in regular athletic movement or physical conditioning.

    Massage is contraindicated for clients currently using GLP-1 receptor agonists (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro). . For your safety, please schedule a session with another therapist if you are currently taking or have recently taken GLP-1 medications.

  • Craniosacral Therapy

    CST is a light touch therapy that balances and restores the nervous system while releasing the effects of stress, injury, and trauma. It focuses on the Craniosacral system and the Fascial system of the body. This is done by enhancing the functions of membranes, tissues, bones, and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage

    Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a treatment using gentle, skin stretch movements used to clear lymphatic fluid where it's getting stagnant so it can be reabsorbed into the body. The goal is to relieve swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system from functioning properly.

    What is your lymphatic system? As a vital part of your immune system, your lymphatic system protects you from infection and destroys old or abnormal cells your body doesn’t need. Lymphatic system functions also include maintaining normal fluid levels in your body and absorbing fats and fat-soluble vitamins so they can make their way into your bloodstream. Your immune system is made up of lymph fluid, lymph nodes & vessels, bone marrow, thymus, spleen, tonsils, mucus membranes, and skin.

    Who Can Benefit? Lymphedema (swelling in arms and legs, NOT caused by infection or acute inflammation), pre/post surgery, pre/post pardum, lipsuction recovery, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, lipedema, various autoimmune diseases, scar tissue recovery, sports injury recovery, restricted range of motion, hardening/thickening of the skin (fibrosis) *Contraindications - blood clots, cellulitis, radiation dermatitis, directly over cancerous tissue, acute inflammation, infection, organ failure

  • Cupping Therapy

    Did you know we include cupping for FREE in every session?

    Cupping involves gliding or keeping stationary, plastic or silicone suction cups on the skin. Using negative pressure, the cups promote blood flow, myofascial release, and cellular repair. The discoloration caused by this modality is completely normal and will last from a few days to two weeks.
